      • Pay in 30 days. Max spend £1000. More about Pay in 30 days
      • Pay in 3 interest-free instalments. Max spend £1000. More about Pay in 3 instalments
      • Pay in 6 or 12 months interest-free instalments. Max spend £5000. More about Pay Over Time
      • Instrument Limited is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. The credit product is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over, depending on their status.
    • Cash on delivery
      • Accepted only in England, excluding Cornwall and Devon.
      • Payment will be collected on the delivery day.
      • We will require payment before we proceed with the job.
    • Bank Deposit
      • We will email you our bank details after the order is placed.
      • Payment is required within 48 hours, after that we can not hold the reserved items.
    Deposits
    • Luxury/Custom items
      • 50% deposit from the total order amount will be required only if you choose the COD payment method at the checkout.
      • We will send you an email with payment instructions after you place the order.
      • All Luxury & Custom items are custom made and ordered individually from the factory, which we have to pay for upfront, therefore we must ask for the customer's commitment to the order.
      • If you change your mind or cancel the order when its already produced in the factory there will be a 15% restocking fee.
    • Stock items
      • All payment methods will be processed as standard and we will not require any deposit.
