how it works

  • We aim to deliver all our items within 1-5 working days, however it might take up to 10 working days if you are further from London and may take another few days if you have chosen assembly. You can enquire over phone before order for estimated date Delivery times: 9:00am - 9:00pm. Although majority of deliveries are completed before 6pm it might take longer due to unforeseen traffic or delays  
  • Flexible delivery days and hours. Personalised deliveries are carried out only by Instrument team as we don't use any courier services Always 2 men team for bulky items Delivery fee (if applicable) can be paid cash, card or Paypal The
  • customer will be responsible for providing Instrument team with access to the delivery address as necessary for the delivery. You must ensure that access is suitable for the delivery of your goods, for example, doorway not too small, sufficient space to manoeuvre the product through the house, road accessible to delivery van.
  • We sell some large and heavy products that on health and safety grounds can only be delivered to the GROUND FLOOR level without lift access (if assembly service is selected one additional floor is free of charge, as we can unbox if needed). If you require your items to be carried higher you need to get in contact with us to see whether it will be possible (depending on the item) and if any charge would be applicable. Usually we charge £10 per additional floor. We cannot deliver to above level unless there is suitable lift access or prior agreement is made. We reserve the right to cancel the order if these conditions are not met.
  • Secondary callout charge - £20
  • Please make as much space as possible in the room before the arrival of our team. Some of the wardrobes need to be built flat on the floor, but as standard minimum clearance needed is: wardrobe height +15cm, wardrobe width +30cm, wardrobe depth +100cm. In some cases, wardrobes need less clearance, but please contact us beforehand with the wardrobe name
  • If the room is not ready our team has the right to refuse installation and reschedule for next convenient for company date and secondary visit will be charged £20 extra
  • if a wardrobe does not fit in to the room, due to customer's measuring error and we have attended the property it will be classed as a return and £40 charge applies, which will be deducted from refund if cancelation occurs, as a result
  • Always the same day as delivery
  • Always 2 men team, except for very small items
  • We will always clear cardboard and rubbish after assembly service, so you don't have to

our return policy lasts 14 days.

you can cancel your contract and return the items within 14 days of receipt, subject to items being unused
