Current Delivery Status

"On 23 March the Government, stepped up measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus and save lives. All non-essential premises must now close. Takeaway and delivery services may remain open and operational in line with guidance on Friday 20 March. Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal." (.gov.uk)

We will continue operating as long this measure is in place and we have fit and willing staff.

Current items status:

All stock wardrobes and bedroom sets: delivering flat packs only due to advise by government

Assembly of stock wardrobes, beds and bedroom sets: currently stopped until advised otherwise by government. We can take orders for assembly jobs and hold it in the queue until we can proceed with them. We can also deliver the items and you can attempt to build and in case this proves too difficult we can come and build when allowed (given all items are as delivered and not missing/damaged)

The only exception - we can still do assemblies in new or refurbished, uninhabited houses that do not pose any threat to our crew and in turn customers

Luxury wardrobes: orders processed and placed with manufacturers currently with advice of 3-4 weeks additional lead time. Wardrobes will be delivered assembled with inclusive assembly when restrictions are lifted

Beds and mattrasses: disrupted supply currently, only Cleo and oak beds that we stock are readily available for delivery

Reclaimed items: majority available for delivery
